can’t wait to see it all done. Come help me tuck my fuse box, battery, and everything else on that side of my engine bay.
ugh, I would love if it only took that much time, Im helping a buddy with an integra right now, and it is deffinitly a lot less work than this
If I had any time I would haha, this car is killin me, and needs to be done by the 30th cuz thats when I start school again
I also tucked my brake lines and harness. I have the best brake tool on the planet if you need to use one.
I’m running all stainless lines for my brakes
FullBlown does it again… Triple Core civic radiator, FBM radiator mount bracket and -16an Bungs welded to the radiator!
Tomorrow I will be doimg all the full mounting for the radiator, its just mocked in right now!
So you’re running stainless braided or hard lines? I have a hydrolic flare tool. Makes flares perfect every time on anything.
Braided, LOL kinda forgot about the hardline SS
Ehh. I’ve heard mixed reviews about using them.
Fuck braided man, hardline is the way to go
I would be going with the hydraulic crimped lines, custom made, or the ChaseBays setup, Im gonna be honest though, I suck at brake lines, and systems I dont have a great understanding of them, Im also debating getting rid of ABS or keeping it…
Get rid of abs
keep abs
Supposedly braided lines (a decent length) can make the pedal feel soft.
+1 hard at first then fades to sponge.
Leaning hard towards this…
Why?
Yea Ihave read that as well…
I just ordered my ChaseBays booster delete master cylinder, (I know I know, buit honestly with over 500 sold and not one having been returned for pedal feel, they must be doing something right and it cant be THAT bad) so would you be interested in doing me up a hardline setup? Im seriously LOST on brake systems, what would you want to do an in interior brake line setup using hardlines, material and labor wise… I will help but I just would be beyond lost as far as what goes where!
I will teach you how to do it and you can do it your self. :lol
Fine jerk! Haha, the car is headed in for paint in the next few weeks, after that I’ll be in touch
abs saves lives.
Or just let off the brakes when they lock up.
Let’s see you do that in the heat of the moment. Ever try to steer left or right when your brakes lock up? :dunno
It could be the difference between hitting that little kid or putting your car off the road instead. If the abs is there, keep it.
