Crank sensor

I have a 96 Civic with a stock D16y engine. I am swapping a b20b motor in and we noticed that it doesn’t have a crank sensor. How can I go about making this engine work for my car?

google ckf sensor fix

cool link so i can do that and not have to replace the oil pump. Now even though this tricks the computer into thinking there is one…will my car run fine or will i have problems down the road?

everything will be fine.

honda-tech is a wonderful thing

Well we are going to do the swap this weekend then. Last weekend he put the stage three clutch and lightweight flywheel in the tranny. He put on the intake and header, then calls me at work and told me the crank sensor is missing and took all that stuff off. We had to put my motor back together so I could go to school…what a headache for both of us. I just hope everything runs smooth this time. I will let you know

well the trick worked on my car and the motor is in thanks for the help bud
