your buttons are messed up, try the other set of ctrl and alt.

You can also right click on the time and select “Task Manager”, or run “taskmgr”

Dont work at all! when I do run: taskmgr, it says another program is this file.

well Did a Hard restore, Crashed again, But then its all fine! Fucking computers.

Now everything works the way it should

Might be helpful a solution was posted a ways down, or you can do a repair install.
