Did the CTRL ALT Delete thing to get rig of yahoo games as I can never get that one to close and somehow deleted all my Icons on my desktop.Took me about 20 mins to figure out how to get back online,through the same means(hit help or search or something).Anyways,how do I get my icons back up there?

right click on desktop > arrange icons by > show desktop icons

I’m assuming based on what you are syaing the start menu is missing too based on the no right-click thing. If that is the case in the task manager (ctrl + alt + delete) goto:
-File
-Newtask
-type “explorer”
