hey guys im making an air-freon intercooler and im wondering what kind of solder is ok to use on intercooler inlet/outlet pipes so i can weld them into the walls of my cooling chamber, and whether the intercoolers are submergible in fluid, would it leak within ~ 10 psi of fluid- atmospheric pressure ?
You cant use solder you have to use a tig welder with an aluminium rod.
As for a Intercooler submursed in liquid it will be fine.
