I had to make a replacement for one that I lost…I’ll never machine one again.
Make a drawing with some rough dimentions or better yet take the wheel to a machine shop or CNC shop and ask their opinion on it. Some shops might be reluctant to help you.:/:
I would probably help you out but I’m not in the province anymore…still ask around at some local machine shops though. It couldn’t hurt.

thanks my friend is a licensed tool maker but his shop has no cnc… so i dont really have any connections
