I need Odd Hub centric rings

I need some hub centric rings for my new wheels on the rear of the Lexus 82.8 OD/60.1 ID. There is only one place I could find that makes them and they were charging $50 for 2 and then a ridiculous $25 to ship with no given production time or ship time which seemed sketchy to me

the place i found was motorsport-tech.com but $75 for two plastic rings seems kind of ridiculous to me

IMO, don’t use plastic.

Have you try ebay? Just wondering.

yeah there is nothing that odd sized anywhere. It has to be custom made and Like I said $75 for two plastic rings is highway robbery

I thought someone here has a CNC machine…no?

a few people do. I want to see if the pop in and offer lol

I have one but the problem is that it’s going to cost more in time/labor in just setting up the machine to cut those than it’s worth. Someone who programs a CNC turret lathe can rip out 100 and hour and afford to charge as such but also have to sell the whole lot as well.

I can turn a pair on the lathe out of 6061, but again there’s setup and labor. Plus you need a minimum size piece of billet to put into the machines to get a proper clamp load. Definitely don’t want to fuck up a machine when a piece of billet comes out of the chuck and you crash tooling because you only had 3/8" of dimensional grip. I’d need a minimum billet slug of 3.5" diam at about 4-5" long. That right there is going to cost about $45 unless you find a drop.

Stuff like this costs money. If you want me to look into how much I can make them for just give me the word and I’ll do the deed.

What adam said, my machinist could make them in the CNC machines he has access to or on a manual lathe, but he said there would be $200 in labor and/or programing time less material to make them and make them right.

Just get thats avail already IMO.

tirerack.com ?

Ron, shoot an email to Vivid Racing. They can get a lot of shit that’s not listed on their site. I got a set of aluminum rings from them last month.

yeah I finally found a set the other day from some Aussie on the lextreme forum. $25 shipped BROs. Apparently a lot of Soarer drivers over there like to put Holden wheels on their cars
