Anyone used EMPI axles? according to rock auto i can get A-1 remans, APWI or EMPI. The vw guys have mixed feelings about them apparently but better than auto parts warehouse or a reman?
Just put two of them in my heap. Seem quality to me.
I have them in my audi 90 work fine. I usually have the oems rebuilt at xcel in schnectady.
Run of the mill chinese axles…which means they can be ok or they can suck balls. Quality control and metallurgy consistency is always questionable.
Word. Work good on a slower than stock car ; )
I’ll give them a try. hopefully beter than what i got, xcel hard a hard time findin me cores to make my axles, came out kinda shitty , mad sloppy but they havnt broken yet…except one time but it was their fault apparently… Hopefully this companys not going to give me some bullshit that doesnt fit right.
