upgrade to 100mm. way better. im sure if you scour VWVortex you can find a 100mm setup.
id really rather not spend 200ish on hubs and spindles and shit rather than finding a used axle for <100

is the cv bad, or just the boot?
the bearings and the spacer that goes between the trans flange and the axle flange fell apart and i think one of the boots has a rip (im not concerned about that)

That is the inner CV joint.
Bap Geon has axle assemblies for around $70. They’re on Fuller Rd.
i can do cheaper than that for new ones.
