i wonder why he’s discounting them $599.99… why not just $600?

I also wonder what his “admin” fee is. When my brother Joe worked at a dealer in Florida their “admin” fee was $695, our admin fee is $45 at my store and everywhere else (NYS capped it, but $45 is completely reasonable)
