If you are feeling adventureous, go to the building where the spotlights come from - up the hill and around back and ring the bell. A scary old guy will open the door and ask you what the hell you want. Tell him you heard you could play with the lights. He’ll show you the 60 million candle power lights and let you play with the switches and changes the colors.
