Hey guys, just got the piia hyper white bulbs for my fogs and was wondering how to clean the lens really well without fogging it or scratching it. I used a plastic polish and nothing really so far in terms of improvement. What are you guys using to clean up yours? (compound and buffer or cloth) I want them to look rather clear and new because i got the clear signals and they were bought new so the brighter the better. Thanks in advance.
wetsand with an orbital sander with 2000 grit sandpaper then polish with G6 compound followed by G10. I may even try something a little less than 2000 for the DTRL’s…i imagine they are quite rough. Be careful not to sand or polish one spot for long because its plastic and can heat up and warp.
