The irony is, the only basic cars that are still made on this side of the pond are along the lines of the car in my signature (The Atom) which costs more then a nicely equipped BMW 335i.

As the article mentioned, in this upside down world where manual windows cost more then electric, a basic car is going to cost more than a luxury model :ponder

One of the main reasons I origionally bought my Atom.
