This is a big fat “SCREW YOU” to all the GM/domestic haters who constantly say how crappy the cars are and how they produce huge pieces of shit. Feel free to contribute if you have FACTS. Maybe we should call this NYGMSUCKS.com because this is all I see lately…

Quality rating…There’s quite a few foriegn manufacturer’s UNDER the American one’s and I see some luxury brands right next Ford, Mercury, Chevy, Cadillac…
This includes all of the vehicles that are used for work that get the shit beat out of them too. Not to mention several of the brands don’t even sell trucks or don’t sell very many because they only sell cars
Warranty comparision… again American manufacturers are at the top or right next to the foriegn manufacturers
wow this post hurts baby jesus’ eyes… can someone clean it up ?
what i find is odd is how much further pontiac and saturn are that much further down the list when essentially they have the same vehicles, and the ones theyre missing are the more gas guzzlers that would bring the average down
or is a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix really only worth $2,500 on trade in… that’s what they fetch here in Ontario. A 2004 honda civic cost less to begin with and has a trade in 4-5 times higher than that.
that’s pretty true… i could have bought 3 2004 Grand Prix’s for what i paid for one 1997 240sx this year… and all 3 grand prix’s would have had lower cumulative mileage than the chassis of the 240sx… and 2 years from now when i sell it i’ll still get 80 - 120% of what i paid for it… all of the grand prix’s will be sitting on used car lots owned by brown dudes.
You’re clearly forgeting the only reason 240’s are worth anything right now, which is because of every retard and their mother that saw the fast and furious movies and wants to gO dRiFtinG Yo…
Myself or my parents having owned Chevy’s Ford’s Chrysler’s Honda’s BMW’s Toyota’s Nissan’s, i can say that i fucking hate imports. Every BMW we have had has turned out to be a pile of shit; Blown tranny on a 2 year old 03 M3, electrical system going fucking crazy on both the 328i and the X5, the X5 dumping oil everywhere out just about every seal at 1k miles, list goes on. The Corolla my parents had was a pile of shit. My mom had a Nissan pathfinder, that had problems from day one with stupid shit like sensors, window motors, the rear end at 45k miles (and no we dont tow shit, rip out stumps etc, she drove it to work) To be fair my 2002 Mustang GT was also a pile, valve cover gaskets liked to randomly pop every 10 k miles or so, the CD changer would jam on a daily basis to the point where i carried a small screwdriver in the armrest, alt went at 18k miles. I cannot complain too much about my 2000 Honda accord except for the fact that the retard who designed it put a “cage” around the fuel and brake lines so everything would get trapped in there and rot the fuck out of the lines so one day it started pissing gas, and then another OH FUCK! no Brakes!
My recent POS’s
2000 Pontiac Trans Am 50k miles, beat the fuck out of it no issues (except for aftermarket shit breaking; cracked intake mani
1994 Chevy 2500 Pickup 200k miles, beat the fuck out of it, haul my quad, firewood wood, tow a camper, drive through the woods, endless burnouts, not ONE hiccup, and then sold it for $1800 bucks in 2007.
2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 154k miles, no problems as of yet
FWIW, i have no problem with domestics, i love them and they have been good to me. I also like my mom’s new civic, 10k miles and no problem yet, so we will see how it pans out.
