i read that not every player is eligible its more like with the shifts and everything the refs do not know who is eligible. the was also a problem with the players numbers…

I am hoping bravada can chime in he has a lot more knowledge in this than i ever will.

Yea i think youre right, I read it again. Everyone wears the number of an eligible reciever, but the refs nor the defense knows which ones will actually be the recievers.
