ok, well i’m just finishing some odds and ends on the 95 eclipse that i had bought with a bad motor. basically i have to decide which to sell:

the 95 eclipse GS with a 5-speed
94k miles
looks decent
runs good, everything works

or…
94 s-10 blazer 4 door, 4wd
163k
looks nice (newer paint job)
runs great, shifts great, everything works well

i have about half as much into the eclipse, and stand to make a decent profit, but with that many miles on the auto trans on the blazer, it makes me nervous. whatever i don’t sell will be my daily driver. what are your opinions?

if the gas milage isnt killing you i would keep the blazer. sell the eclipse and save some money just incase for a tranny at jj’s but if gas is killing you pimp the eclipse.

keep the blazer, i bet it’s just as fast.

talking about living in the burgh with Daily driver cars, keep the blazer

sell the elipse plus more room for the dog

we have 2 dogs now. seems like everyone is agreeing that i should sell the eclipse, but another thought is that with winter coming, i should sell the blazer now (get more for it since its 4wd), then sell the eclipse in the spring and buy a newer blazer (98+)

Seems to me neither one is really worth much to sell anytime of the year but at least the blazer would probably be worth a tad bit more or at least easier to sell with lovely winter roads approaching.
