I know someone who designs his own t-shirts. I’m not sure how he does it or anything like that though, but if you want I can try and find out.
I dont understand what you are asking. Are you looking for a program to design it? Or ideas of what to make?

find someone good with photoshop/illustrator, i know thats how a guy i know does it. thats how we do it on my saturn board too, we got lots of cool shit because the one guy designs stuff for a living i think.
