have a older olevia LCD tv that I need a code for so I can stop using two remotes. I tryed a few but none work. Thanks
bump still cant find anything
Is your remote and RC64 or an RC32?
I went through the same thing with my no-name brand KONKA TV. In the end… I used two remotes until I bought a new TV.
I feel your pain.
I’ll have to let the b-inlaw know you too have a Konka. He was starting to think he was the only person on earth with one.
out of curiousity - where the hell did you find a Konka?
get a programable universal remote and you can map allthe commands from the olevia remote to the universal one
^ AND SPEND MORE ON THE REMOTE THEN ON THE OLEVIA…
when i was @ circuit we had a GE learning remote that was sub 20bux…
looks like you can still find them sub 30
He is now… I now own a Samsung!
The 27" heavy-as-all-hell flat-glass CTR Konka lasted over 5 years! It cost me only $200. Very good purchase for a decent no-name! No complaints besides the remote not working with DirecTV.
ahh. i was thinking more like the harmonys… meh.
prob the RC32. its older it dosent even say lol. i even tryed where you push the channel up button 10 thousand times and it finally furned off buy wont do anything lol. i just want it to be able to work the VOLUME haha
the number is at the top left of the remote on the face right next to the mode switch.
the RC32 remotes do not operate as many TV’s as the 64’s
once it turns the TV off you have to press select to lock that code in. If you think you passed it you can channnel down button to go back and when it turns back on press select to lock that code in.
I can toss you an RC64 for $10, for $20 I will deliver it and program it.
Use sharp codes, Olevia is all sharp parts
thank you… and no thx on the new remote the old one works fine for what i use it for. changing the channel and the volume
