I have dish now, but am thinking if switching to direct. I am concerned that I will miss a majority of the sabres games, is this something to consider??
no MSG = very few Sabres games, I think
you can get msg on directv, its the regional sports channel.
You also get that yankees channel.
I think you need either the choice or choice xtra package.

I have Directv. I get most of the sabres games, only miss a few. Sometimes they are on weird channels, if you call directv they will tell you what channels to check.
i get em all, if not on msg the they are usually on vs or some other channel.
with any choice package you get MSG and the yes network for free if you live in NYS
DISHTV = NO MSG HD = FAIL.
That and no HD Speed Channel are the only things I hate about DISHTV.
