why heat,if u have air chisle?

The air compressor we have only got to 190psi, and the bolts were rusted in place. Most of the nuts would not even come off. So, I heated them up to expand them a bit and they came off in a breeze.

Compressor has 190psi max operating for tools, more then enough for a home garage.

Difference in braking was pleasent, and noticable. Much more stable and precise. I will be upgrading to a 13" big brake kit in April.

Did u Change the prop valve as well?

Proportional valve was not change as the same valve is used from the 99-2001 Tiburon.

nice job…drum brakes suck, I can’t believe that companies still use them. Doesn’t seem like a disk brake would be much more expensive(well, maybe the caliper).

Yeah I agree. With most of the braking coming form the front, its not like they have to have some high performance 6 piston caliper in the back. Standard calipers arn’t that expensive and in the rear under normal conditions (not people on this board beating the shit out of them ) they wouldn’t face as much abuse as the front ones do.
