why heat,if u have air chisle?

The air compressor we have only got to 190psi, and the bolts were rusted in place. Most of the nuts would not even come off. So, I heated them up to expand them a bit and they came off in a breeze.

Yeah, you almost have to heat every bolt of hyundias.

Did u Change the prop valve as well?

Half of the board doesn’t even know how true that is.

Compressor has 190psi max operating for tools, more then enough for a home garage.

Difference in braking was pleasent, and noticable. Much more stable and precise. I will be upgrading to a 13" big brake kit in April.

Proportional valve was not change as the same valve is used from the 99-2001 Tiburon.

nice job…drum brakes suck, I can’t believe that companies still use them. Doesn’t seem like a disk brake would be much more expensive(well, maybe the caliper).

Standard calipers arn’t that expensive and in the rear under normal conditions (not people on this board beating the shit out of them :slight_smile: ) they wouldn’t face as much abuse as the front ones do.

Now do a step by step of a motor swap (4g63) and that thing will be shittin in tall cotton.
