i still wouldnt recomend anybody DIY window tint… rainbow is cheap enough and good at what they do…

i would still only have dennis do my tints… he drives a white benz 2dr with chrome wheels
I did the tint on my first decent car myself, but didn’t turn out all that great.
from 2 feet, it looked great… but up close it was definitely sub-par. Besides being a HUGE pita to do (took A LOT of time… more than it should have due to the shape of the rear window), it really did look like shit.
It’s worth the $$$ to have a professional do it
I would also agree that you should have a pro do it but this is the DIY section. Just figured Id throw it out there.
Side note: they make it look sooooo easy in those vids. Its such a PITA in real life.

I’m sure it’s useful to alot of people here, but for the majority, their better off at rainbow/ect.
It really is an art form in itself

dennis did my windows a while ago came out awesome i am very happy with the outcome
dennis is awesome ive known him for about 5 years. hes done a few of my cars and also some commercial work for my family.
yup :tup: to dennis, he did my DD about 4 years ago and still rocking strong
me and my buddy did the ones on my winter car, didnt come out perfect but there far from bad
