That was the speed test site being slow 
I was gig into a aggregation switch that jumps on the 10gig core.
There is some dude on offtopic.com who works for google and posts 360Mb down off speedtest.net however I think its in the same building.
well, it certainly is pretty badass. The only use I have for this crap at work, is downloading OS .iso’s. I wish I could get these speeds at home and tear through the newsgroup servers.

haha pretty horrible for a tech school
30x5 at home…I also get 4 public IPs.
I will probably switch to the 50x5 shortly
