Downloaded movies on tv question

try going into
“Display Properties”
“Settings”
“Advanced”
“Monitor”

and reducing the refresh rate to 60. Read up on it on avsforums.com

I havent used vga so Im not of much help.
What you COULD do that I know works and is not hard is to burn your download to a CD or DVD and pop it in the DVD player and let it do all the work.

You can burn the file as is. AVI, MPG, whatever. Your DVD player will most likely decode it and play it without a problem.

You can download a AVI Splitter and clip the credits to make the file under 700MB so it fits on a regular CD
