Went to unlock my door the other day and the lock just spins and wont unlock. Any idea what it could be? Easy fix? HELP!
cylinder is SOL? open up your door card see whats moving whats not, if anything popped out. Sort of sounds like cylinder isn’t attached to the arm that is connected to the unlocking mechanism anymore.
