Car door lock won't turn.

The locking mechanism on my driver side door works, however I cannot get the lock to turn with the key. I tried PB Blaster but still no luck. Any ideas?

Without know much about the car, I’d say remove the lock cylinder from the door and soak it. I had to do that with my E30 locks.
