i for one have the LEAST issues in cheektowaga…
sounds more like kenmore to me haha. i got pulled over on my bike before for having my visor up at a red light and not wearing DOT classes.
i have heard the same thing about the fan shroud, as long as you have that i think your good. if you did get a ticket somehow would it be a fix it ticket?
