7.49 and faster you need a 6-point cage, a 5-point harness, a fire extinguisher, an SFI jacket (fire retardant 1 ply) in addition to the stuff you need going 8.60 and faster like driveshaft loop, helmet, etc…

I’m going to swap tranny’s soon and hopefully that will get me another tenth. I’m hoping to hit some 7.0’s at Dunn Tire and that should get me 10’s at empire. It’s hard for me to get to empire. I have to bum a truck and a trailer. I want to make sure I will run a 10 before I go there.

I made 3 passes 1st was N/A and the rest were on spray, but it was kicking in and out. Its the WOT switch or the RPM switch. It ran 6.8 at 93 the first run and 6.62 at 105 on the second pass with the juice. The delay really sucked and ruined the night so I left. I really need to change the gears in the car before I go out to the track again. 1.50 60ft’s just aren’t cutting it and I run out of gear in the 1/4.
