where the chucnk of the rocker was cut infront of the 1/4 is rusty.
i dont think they have any bubbling, been a while since i looked at them, as i said they arent mint, thats why they are so cheap. if you got holes or bad damage in your 1/4s, this is deffinatly an upgrade.

the underside is red, no rust on the hood as far as i remember, just the one ding that can be seen in the picture.
