Yes the kit comes withthe tension rod bushings. The cool thing is, it also takes up the space between the acual tension rod and the tension rod bracket!
Where can you get this for a good price. I think every bushing is ripped on my s13 
I went to MOPAC and got the master set for $178. It comes with every bushing you could ever need.
