Estate / Garage Sale at my new home.

I got a response back from the family selling me their home and they’ve settled on a date of Friday July 5th and Saturday July 6th from 9:00-3:00 to have their estate / garage sale at my house to be. I’ve been through the house the other day and they’ve begun marking a lot of stuff. I can’t speak too much to the content but I can say there will be an assortment of furniture, some appliances, collectibles, hand tools, etc. I’ve listed the address below. If you plan to GPS or Smartphone your way out, try using either road name or township listed below. Some GPS’s recognize one or the other. Please, help me to help them clean this sucker out. Thanks.

Thanks for the thoughts. I’ll be totally honest, I never thought all the required elements will come together for this to happen. I won’t lie, we’re not completely there yet, but all the major hurdles have been cleared. I go out there once a week or so and each time I go, I can’t get over how quiet the place is. Not to mention the space inside and out. Don’t get me wrong, it’s no mansion but when you live in just over 900 sf. for 10 years, anything bigger feels like a stadium. Sorry you can’t make it out.

Not really. I won’t tell you there’ll be a ton of valuables, honesty I think it will be a lot of smaller stuff and odd dressers, tables, chairs, etc… Guess it depends on what you’re looking for. Thanks.

He does have some tools around. Spam, you can hide in the closet. I think I’ll need a trunk monkey for security. I think they have a cheap plastic table and chairs patio set.

Thanks to any of you who might have made it to this. Guess the number of people who showed was pretty impressive. Stopped by today. Looks like they cleaned the place out pretty well.
