I often use ramen in place of soba noodles when i am making oriental flavored dishes. The other night i made a ginger soy pork filet. with a hot ramen salad. The ramen was cooked sorta like lo-mein, but with a few different tastes. It was a phenominal dinner!
I also like to eat the blocks dry as a healthy snack!
