Evo Vs Sti on slipping clutch

well the way you wrote “on the track” after a few dots made me think you were saying that I race on the street to much

the ext isn’t a track :lmao

:haha I know thats what I was asking if you were saying I race on the STREET to much :rofl …and the ext is SOOO a race track

Rubin’s car is a 5 speed.

LVD is a horrible track, Pacific Raceways in Kent, Washington, or Mission Racewaypark in Vancouver, BC were the tracks people in western washington used, southern washington and oregon guys used portland international raceway or woodburn dragstrip… which all happen to be better than LVD

the extension has better grip than lvd

yah but its also too bumpy. spinning tires + bumps = broken tranny/axles

gotta pay to play.

im right there with ya on that one, but for some reason i always find my self there in that kind of situation

for the record i drove Travis’s STI. Clutch seems to hold fine in all gears 1st-4th WOT and some of 5th. But i dont drive subi’s much… maybe i missed it. ;D

Clutch slippage is the same in all cars. Perhaps Travis was fibbin?

i honestly didnt feel anything, but maybe i missed it or it was still cold… or something. not really trying to call him out on it, just saying i didnt feel it slip. Oh and it runs pretty solid, so TY in advance for letting me rip it Travis.

its a car… it is what it is.

or you can not pay to play, then go play anyway, and use not paying as a blanket excuse for your car not performing as advertised. in other words buy a damn clutch/exhaust instead of claiming what your car could do with said components it.

Story of the Capital District.

Its so true. :idiots

yo travis when are you going to race the mr again?

ok let me try and clue you in to this… if i beat it with a slipping clutch… why would the outcome change when my issues were all fixed?.. the result will be the same… IM NOT WASTING MY GAS.

Agree with Travis. It’s time to move onto bigger fish.

The “track” needs to be respected… and certainly should be discussed or named in an open forum.
