Extremeparts.ca review?

Wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them?
Theyr fiberglass products are said to be made by “aerodynamic research”
Cant seem to find any info on the company or any info on fitment

thanks

LOL im telling u right now… zero “aerodynamic research” went into anything they sell…

The fitment on their stuff is F#ckin’ crap

Perfect to just throw on and bash, because fitment wont matter when half of it is gone.

Joined this site JUST to comment on this…

Fitment is indeed crap. Bought a bumper 4 months ago from them for a VW… it was flimsy plastic… but I wanted something cheap so I went for it. Was a pain in the ass trying to line it up right while installing. Bumper lights/markers didnt install (holes were too tight and I didnt want to dremel my newly painted bumper). And now, 4 months later, there’s a gap about a cm large between my fender and the bumper.

Moral of the story… I will never buy there nor recommend to anyone who cares about what their car looks like. If it’s just a beater and you need something to pass a safety test or something, then that is an entirely different story. Go for OEM imo

I had no problems

thanks guys… was lookin at 30mm fbg front fenders, had em for 200 a pair after tax… damn good deal, but not worth putting paint on

I’ve worked in the autobody trade for abit.

Not sure what you guys expect from $500 bodykits… I see lots of people buying these kits expecting them to fit like high dollar JDM kits. Its hit and miss, but don’t expect that there wont be any trimming, heating/manipulating or re-fiberglassing some parts.

Safest bets are usually lip kits, valances etc… full bumpers etc is usually hit or miss or requires work. Don’t buy these kits expecting that nothing is involved and complete bolt on.

should i expect a replacement 30mm front fender fitment to be terrible? im just not a fan hearing that theyr fiberglass is low grade…

Heh I’d hate to scare you but fenders are by far the hardest to work with in aftermarket body fitment… only because everything in the front end has to be aligned just right theres just so many adjacent edges that line up to the fenders (door/hood/bumper/skirts) theres the biggest room for error with fenders.

Hell I have one of the top aftermarket jdm fenders on my car now (Masa motorsports) and even they needed some work and patience to get on properly mind you once I got them on right all the bodylines and gaps were just as expected from a top jdm brand.

Personally if I was on a budget skirts and bumpers I can work with cheapo stuff but fenders I would put abit more cash into and get a better known brand.

even pricey fenders dont usually line up very well

I’ve never had an issue with extreme parts. I’ve never bought stuff for nissans but bought a bunch of stuff for my beemer and my bros and the fitment was very good, never had any issues with alignment. As far as aerodynamic research, there hasent been much testing.

Good to know there are stupidly cheap options for those of us that expect to run our cars into walls and things learning to drift

Got my GP Sports replica bumper from there, no issues with fitment. Great Product for Price, That’s how I see it & I’ll be getting more from them in the near future.

I know Gino the owner he is awesome, I have bought plenty of stuff from him at good rates. Tell him Trickey sent you he knows me

ginos alright dont let the quality of the parts represent him there all from rocketz, but hes still a good guy.

There parts are from Rocketz …China made stuff if you bump into anything compared to north american made stuff.
these parts will Blow up on impact lol
But! they do have a decent finish and sometimes a decent fit too!.

drjeffreys you got their front fenders? how’d they fit? I’m looking to get their fenders as well…

im still contemplating it… i def need some fronts, but would hate to throw paint on something thats gonna fuck off on me
