When I was in the Air Force we had an avionics specialist forget to tighten/ properly harness an F-15’s Pilots canopy. It blew off during take off.

an article 15 is a slap on the wrist and from what i have heard he was going fast enough that the fuselage had enough lift by the speed alone and no the horizontal stabalizer can not give the f16 enough lift to fly and this is the f15 not 16
Not necessarily, its up to your CO the punishment. It can range from harsh to just a slap on the wrist
And I don’t recall what happened to that guy that made the fuck up. I assure you he was reprimanded
art’s are usually demotions, loss in pay, base confienment etc… infact one of the phases of the new force shaping is taking people with 15’s and accelerating their DOS(date of separation) to kick them out… i had a friend that was booted out cause he had one on his record
