From the news descriptions, the things that are happening in NO are equivalant to the CIVIL WARS that have been raging in third & fourth world countries for generations.

My post was simply pointing that out and asking: HOW THE FUCK CAN THIS HAPPEN IN THE RICHEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.
