Well i bought this 1992 Integra as a project/daily and now unfortunately I’m not going to have time or space to finish it. The car has 155k on it driven daily and is an auto trans with sport mode :burnout:
Drivetrain:
B18a1 with auto trans as stated. Runs like a top, all original never modified. Only problem with leaking anything is one of the cam seals is leaking slightly. I was planning on 5 speed swapping it, so some swap parts could be included with sale if discussed.
Exterior:
It is very clean and has remarkably strong quarters for the year of the car. There are only a couple surface bubbles on the quarters and then about a 4 inch spot under the drivers door (see pictures). I believe the car has the original black paint on it, it definitely looks weathered and has peeling clear coat on the roof but still shines after a wash. All the lights are in great condition as well and all work properly including factory fogs. Has a siqqq AEM sticker on the back which was on the car when i purchased it, haven’t gotten around to removing it.
Interior:
The car is a base model, which means NO power windows, locks or sunroof. Has the blue/black interior in decent shape, one tear on the drivers seat and the passenger side door panel has trim peeling off.
Good:
-Next to no rust
-Runs great
-Decent Tires
-Brakes are all good
-All bearings, tie rods, ball joints etc are very tight
Bad:
-Exhaust definitely needs work, someone did a haggard fix and it’s starting to fall back apart.
-I don’t believe the A/C works, i haven’t checked though
-Power antenna doesn’t work either
-Needs a shift cable, car is stuck in drive but i still drive it every day with no problem except for the lack of reverse lol i can fix this before the sale if the buyer is inclined
Like i said, except for the exhaust and shift cable this car doesn’t have any problems. Even though it is stuck in drive, it still starts with no problem and i drive it every day. I have driven it to Oswego from Rochester (~1.5 hours) about 8 times, and to Buffalo from Rochester (~1 hour) about 5 times and have had no problems either time.
I’m looking to get $2000 for it as is with the shift cable fixed if the buyer wants. I can include a 5 speed cable trans, pedals, intermediate shaft, linkage etc for the 5 speed swap for extra if the buyer wants. Also interested in trades for older sport bikes or motorcycles, preferably a 600, or 5 speed cars. Call or text 585-490-1307 if you’d like. Thanks!
Alex
