Hey Everyone,

With spring coming, I’ll be putting the Miata back on the road. That being said, I’m going to be looking to sell the truck once nice weather hits.

Reason: I want a house.

Details on the truck:

2001 Ford Ranger Edge
38,000 original miles - YES, that number is correct.
3.0 V6 motor
Brand new alternator (old one was working fine, but squeaking due to worn bearing)
Brand new Motorcraft double platinum spark plugs (OEM+)
Brand new idler pulley, tensioner pulley, belt
Brand new (less than 1,000 miles) Firestone Winterforce tires
Custom Trushweld side-exit exhaust (not too loud, sounds great IMO)
Automatic Transmission
2WD
Cruise control
A/C
Manual windows/locks
Edge Package (painted front and rear bumpers IIRC)
Two 60w auxiliary lights installed behind grill, switch located in cab
Herculiner all around body line/rocker panels (I wanted to NEVER deal with rust/chips, this stuff is awesome)
Style-side 6ft bed (fiberglass bed, that means no rust!)
Ford factory drop in bed liner
Brand new tonneau cover
Mickey Thompson 15" wheels (poke farther out, lower offset/looked better IMO)
Pioneer Bluetooth head unit with microphone/hands free integrated.
Yellow fog lights (because why not)

Overall it’s a great truck, I just don’t need it. I plan on driving the Miata until Fall then buying another Chevy Prizm/Corolla.

I think 48" IIRC. You can’t lay a 4x8 sheet flat if that’s what you’re wondering.

This will be officially for sale once the Miata is on the road.

Price reflects current market value based on Ranger forums across the nation.

Ultimately, this is a super clean, super reliable, tastefully modified truck that will not disappoint.

It does have fold down rear seats with seatbelts, but no full bench seat in the back like the “4” door rangers have.

Yeah I figured. Those seats are just way to impractical for me unfortunately

I agree, I think I’ve used them MAYBE 3-4 times in two years now. I prefer the storage space back there, I keep gear back there right now.

Seems like a solid truck. What’s the mileage up to now? I feel like I’ve seen this in cheektowaga (union and george urban area) a few times. Looked good, glws :tup:
