It’s the old transmission out of my 86 Fiero GT. It seems the 2nd gear syncro is shot, but I could be wrong. I found a Fiero nut in Rochester who had enough parts to build a Fiero from scratch and picked up a replacement for $100. The old one is just sitting in my garage.
You could probably return it to a scrap yard for some money, or take it apart and see if it’s something minor. I don’t have the time to deal with it and want it out of my garage, so it’s free to anyone who wants it. It would make a great boat anchor, or you could tie your dog to it instead of using one of those screw in yard hooks. There are 100’s of uses. Come on people, it’s free, someone must want it.
