Finally Grabbed A New DD

Nice car. What kind of warranty do you get with CPO?

Good looks

Did you get the AARP discount? I am giving a thumbs up just to make you look old. I mean who would want my approval?

Guys it’s an E-Class, definitely not an old man’s car IMO. It’s more of a lower-middle-aged family man’s car (30-40) I’d say. Like a 5-Series.

OHHHHHH! I’m sorry for the past 10 years on here I thought 30 was old!!!

I would have got an 09 I think they look so much better. Needs more 6.3L TT, rims and a solid chrome grill.

I think they are more a middle aged drug dealer’s car of choice, at least here in Houston lol.

That’s not an '09; this is an '09:

styling is so much better for 09s. pretty sure it’s a lot pricer too

LOL epic responses from you guys.

Fu, gimme some gregs

Gregs? lets go

No gregs gotta go to Florida for vacation in a few hrs. Yeah before another retiree comment get some reading skills guys I am going to Fla to relax, then going to get the car near Philly.

My dad just picked up a 2010 E 550.
Nice and comfy. More of a touring car than a sports car, but great for long trips.
I think the 550 only got 1 less MPG highway when he was looking at it.

New E550 is dope as hell. For anyone wondering to get into the new body style was about a 5-7k jump. I looked hard for an AWD E550 and in the old body style it was 5-7k and newer almost 10k jump. So maybe that will help the I would have bought the newer style crew. The new style although i love it is what makes this model so affordable right now. We don’t typically get to dd our dream cars so I guess I will settle for a near new E350. I know I must be old but things that influenced my decision as said were
AWD
Low Mileage
Warranty
Price

Clearly if I went high mile or no CPO or 2yrs older I could have gotten many cooler cars and i understand that. But with having a house and the FD we will go ahead and nickname this purchase stability.

Also jnky here is the CPO site info on it is in there. Benz only does 1 extra year basically so i have a warranty for 26 months basically.

couga you is so classy

ill do it for $750

Niccceeeeeee, ballin’

this car needs to be murdered ASAP.

I agree they are nice cars.
Funny story: my dad said the first week he owned the car he pulled up at a store and a kid came up to him and said wow is that the new E63 AMG, my dad responded with no a 550, and the kid said nothing and walked away looking disappointed.

The premium cars CPO programs are great. While shopping for my next car the 6 year / 100k that Cadillac offers is worth every penny that you pay over a used car dealer.
With my old CTS-V that I purchased off a used car lot, I ended up paying at least $500 more for less time and miles coverage for a GMPP vs CPO program (and I worked for GMPP and was paying dealer cost).

Yeah I will see how the CPO works out for me. I have read good things but I personally am just happy to have a car that is covered. Between the house,school,rx7,trying to save for an even nicer house etc etc I am really happy to not have to worry about my dd anymore. I loved the M5 so much but the last few months I was just worrying too much about if/when it will break and how much it will cost to justify keeping it. That and I sold it for a great price.

My interest rate went from 6% on the m5 to 3% on this car. I have great credit but 6% was an amazing rate back when I bought the m5. The drop basically made up for the diffrence in price. My new payment is within $40/mo. I am really excited to get my hands on this thing.

Congrats. Nice and responsible purchase.
