Thanks every one, the garage and view sold it for me luckily the house was in great shape but I most likely would have bought it even if the house needed work. And the pond has bass nothing huge that I’ve seen yet but 8-9" is what I’ve caught might be more lurking around. Not really sure how deep it is the neighbor seems to think its 15+ ft deep but not sure if that’s true or not. And the garage is super well built big I beams fully insulated nice concrete metal roof super solid.
Is the pond spring fed? I’m assuming so based on the smaller size while still being able to supporting game fish like bass.
