Ok boys ang girls,
Lets say you make 30k a year, pay next to no bills, except for car note, insurance, cell phone, and credit card. You have 2k in credit card debt, and owe 14k on your car.
Now your getting about $1300 back from taxes, what do you do? Do you put parts in your car to make it faster. Or pay your bills?
Parts consist of:
Nitrous (75 shot)
Fuel pump
AEM Intake
AEM Pulleys
DC Header
All im looking for is a general idea of what some of you would do. And killing myself is not an option.
put the $1300 on your credit card.

put half on the card, take the other half to the casino.
put it all on third twelve.
you have a one in three shot of turning that 650 into 1950!
then take 650 of that and put it on the card. Then take the remaining 1300 and spend it as you please.
Though i don’t think you should be dumping cash into the celica…
how much do you have in your ROTH?
pay off your highest interest debt first.
DEBT> car
ive learned this the hard way and so have others, i just put my 2k Tax refund back into my CC bills, and now they are paid off
pay ALL your debt off. Doing otherwise will just be plain stupid
word of advice, dont listen to skunk for any financial advice.

Buy the parts for your car. My company sells software to banks, and banks love people in debt.
Buying a $30,000 was stupid. Falling in love with that car is even more so. Right now my goals are just that. Pay off my bills then start messing with the car.
pay ur credit card bills those are the worst thing u can have on ur credit
or dont pay them, let them go into collections, and ill call u every day so i can make $ and put it into MY car =)
na pay ur shit off
yeah…go ahead and kill that credit card
unless you’re CC is 0% pay it off…or else you can just add whatever the outrageous interest rate from your CC is onto the cost of your car parts

If you MUST buy parts put at least 75% toward your CC first.
yes… because telling him the CORRECT and SMART thing to do is a dumb move on my part :bloated:
ok ok… fine… go blow ur money on car parts, become more in debt, then be pissed off that you didn’t listen to the people that said pay off your debt.
I am in the same boat as you… i have some CC debt i have to pay. As soon as i get my money from my taxes… it’s going right to my CC
