If so I’m guessing a Firebird with a police package like Ford’s Police Interceptor and the car is from California Highway Patrol aka CHiP?
Could it be a THUNDERbird with a motor from a Crown Vic with the Police Interceptor package?
Or maybe a thunderbird with badges from one of the old 1950’s Thunderbird Interceptors?

the owner(seller) said that there is no way anyone has these parts around because it has an interceptor chip in the motor. Also he said it is One(1) of Four (4) in the United States. He said that the car is between Formula and Trans Am, But in the middle?
As soon as he said that, I was Like WTF. Basically he said also that you cant buy parts for this car in the United States.
I know he is trying to BS my buddy, and he knows it too.
So if anyone knows anything about this “interceptor chip” inform me so I can inform my buddy.
Also he says its matching numbers and everything.
There non-third grade-ish.

although, the actual police forums state that the interceptor chip is real, but ls1 forums state it is not? hmm.
More or less it just appears to be a PCM tune, nothing more.
But since thats an oldie… I guess it’s what was stated in the 2nd post.
