i just starting squating again 2 weeks ago. due to my hurniated disc and bad knees i had to stop. im doing 365lb box squats for 2-3 set then i do 225 x 20.

i havnt been shoulder pressing either but last time i did i was seated BB pressing 225 x 5. i have chest, shoulders, tris, back width and thickness today so i will do military press and let u know how strong or weak i am.
