I’m not being an asshole at all. The post was brought to my attention by someone who found it offensive, whom is neither black nor Jewish. It had nothing to do with his smilies, it was with what he said. I’m fine with anything said until it offends someone else. If you both have a problem with that, or thinking I’m ‘abusing my power’, it really is tough shit.
And I could care less about your header. After you said no, I was just fucking with you because I enjoy getting on your nerves. It was rather hilarious, if I say so myself.
He was warned because of the comment he made. I don’t know about the other mods on here, but I go by the three strike rule. What he said is his first strike. I have no problem banning him at all. If he contributed to this site, maybe I’d think twice.

Ban removed, this isn’t a dictatorship and nobody is going to jump the gun and ban somebody out of a personal matter.
The original comment being edited was approved by me because he was throwing a stack of bullets into a fire with a bad metaphor, when there could have been a million others to be used to express the same point.
However The rest of the actions were not, nor was his ban. If one member has a personal matter with another, take it out on AIM or in person, but banning somebody who you personally have a problem with, without the concent of other Mods and Admins is indeed abuse of the power.
So therefore, he is unbanned, and I do not want to see any more banning, untill at the very least it is run by me first, or I’ll remove the ban priveledge from mods.

I don’t think I have heard somebody throwing around weight jokes as a serious personal attack since 11th grade. I guess you haven’t socially graduated from the level yet.
In truth, I DON’T know you, have NEVER met you, so I have no personal “issues” with you. But they always say first impressions are the most important, and in that case, you pretty much just told me your nothing but a piece of shit who doesn’t take anyone else’s feelings into consideration.
