Forged crankshaft, titanium rods as state, but cast pistons so the same weak areas as the B series. The ringlands tend to let go with even a slight amount of detonation. It uses an open deck, I haven’t heard of a cracked sleeve but there aren’t many NSX owners pushing them very hard though.
Runs were done at 9psi. I think it would have picked up another mph or 2 if I raised the rev limiter a bit.
Scavenge system wasn’t too bad, I used a Turbowerx exapump which has great reliability reviews. I plumbed it up to the valve covers which made it a lot easier than dropping the oil pan which required the removal of the forward header. I also had a reservoir made right below the outlet of the turbo so there is an immediate area for the oil to go from the turbo.
