When I first looked at it, I missed the two long sections that are blocked off.
I’d spend 10 minutes straighten those with a small screwdriver, but I don’t think there would be a measurable difference from fixing anything in the lower right corner. The size of the affected area is fairly small and it’s only affecting a short section of two rows.
What kind of paint are you going to use?
whatever black I can find in the garage. I doubt it would harm its efficiency since most of the cooling happens inside the i/c, not on the front surface
