How hard would it be to fix this rust spot here…
It’s on a car I’m thinking of getting so I’m just wondering what it might cost to get it done, I was the car spotless! 
Looks like the worst is covered by the sideskirt.
If it was me i would stay away but if you really want it pull off that skirt and see what is really there.
