I have a little pockets of rust showing on my rocker panels and a bigger spot infront of my reaer wheel. Where is a good place to get the rust removed. Preferably cut out and replaced with either metal or fiberglass. Would rather spend a little more to get it done right. Can anyone suggest a place to get this done??

I can’t find any resto shops that people have gone to before that are half decent. My uncle went to one a while ago and they just covered it up with bondo. Now the rust is back worse than ever.
Where is this and is this personal experience or what.

What about just a good body shop? I’m sure they can take care of it.

we figured if anything needs to be restored , i’d take it to one of those hot rod restoration places… they restore old cars for living, who better ?
I am gonna try there but i just want to know if there was a better place. most body shops i called do not want to to it as it takes alot of time and effort to do it right. Most of them just wanted to sand the rust off and bondo. Extreme Effects on Parsons Road is so far the best. Really honest guy and offered many ways to fix it.
Slide: I know of a couple good resto shops but some said they do not do Unibody cars. Shevy Surgeons is a good one and they said they would do it to.
