i just got back from apartment hunting and found that down there (orlando area) it is barely more than “restricted income” apartments to buy a house when it comes to monthly payments. I’d just like to know if anyone on here knows of anyone down in that area (within 40 min. drive from universal studios) that has property for sale. since i was planning to rent and was only down there for 5 days, while the first two days were wasted due to hurricane wilma closing places, and the next day was wasted l;ooking at apartments that i make too much money to live in, i only had 2 days to find real estate agents and view houses. I am looking for 1200+ sq ft., 2-3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths is a must (there are 4 of us moving.) any help is appreciated. thanks.
orlando is tourist hotspot, you would be dumb to pay for housing cost in that area.
no i am not assisting you in moving away bitch…
if i were you i would get out of orlando asap! nothing but traffic. takes you 30 mins to go 5 miles. I would start lookin into land-o-lakes or apallo beach before those places get big.or new tampa is starting to spring up. also hernando county is good towards the beach
move to kissimmee.
tourist pussy.

i was just down in orlando for the 19th time in my life, im good at navigating the roads down there and i need to be near universal studios because the school i am attending (the D.A.V.E. (Digital Animation and Visual Effects) school) is in the universal studios production lot. alot of kissimee is extremely touristy. in the city of orlando there are not many tourists, everyone that thinks of tourists in orlando is thiking of near the parks and hotels. according to all of my family down there, if i can find a place i can afford, by the time i move out in 1 - 2 years i could be making about 15-20% over what i paid for the house/condo.
Yea thats how florida works, from what I have been told, my buddies parents bought a 400k house in a plan that was just being built and in 3 years it has gone up in value to 1mil. Wouldnt be a bad idea to get into buying property down there, unless the market falls out.
x2 my dad has a condo down there. I can;t wait to go back down its been too fucking long
even with hurricanes 500+ people move to florida alone. and it plans to continue to grow
