and let’s say roughly similiar weights. let’s call it 3700 lbs. can’t compare the figures to anything else, but they can be compared to each other.
so the weight to power ratio (with a higher number being a slower car):
GTP = 3700/240 = 15.42
TBird = 3700/145 = 25.52
which speaks for itself. it’s beat me more a few times. i stopped trying so i wouldn’t be embarrased. despite the nearly identical displacements of 3.8L, the blower on the GTP makes all the difference in the world. sorry if i’m a little dramatic but i can’t get over how slow my car is.
